Open call Information: Oishida Artist-in-Residence 2021 Winter

Oishida AIR creates opportunities for residency and production based at “Niji-no-Plaza”, the only theater facility in Oishida Town in Yamagata Prefecture.
It takes only 3 hours and 1 minute from Tokyo Station to Oishida Station without transfers.
We hope that you will find something unique here while spending some time in this scenic town.

Using the Niji-no-Plaza multipurpose hall as a base, artists will stay in the town for a certain period of time, interacting with the local community and creating works of art, with the aim of creating collaboration with the local community, bringing vitality to the area, promoting art, and fostering
