Objective	The provision of a place for artists and creators that can serve as studio space and a place to share information and interact, as well as space to present, exhibit, and sell works.

Founded in	2023
Background	Though there are five universities of arts within the city of Kyoto, we have heard many people voice the opinion, "Even if you want to continue creating art after graduating, there are no places to do so." Therein, when we considered how we could contribute to people in the old capital of Kyoto and from all over Japan who wish to pursue their skills, we learned that rental studio space in a large scale, furnished facility is rare, and arrived at the concept of a studio that is usable 24 hours a day, made possible by reclaiming an empty house.
Location / Environment	A comprehensive building at which the entire creative process can be conducted, renovated from an old reinforced concrete apartment in the district of Umedzu, Ukyo-ku, Kyoto City. The content of the facilities includes rental studio space for 24 hour a day creative work and gallery space. The Arisu River flows in front of the building, and the rooftop commands a view of the Gozan Okuribi bonfires and Kyoto Tower. The location enjoys a bountiful natural environment and is close to tourist attractions.
