Background | In 1992, SOGO BIJUTSU KOBO Co.Ltd.established a studio and art museum. Iwase Rock Musium is opened. |
Location / Environment | It is just halfway between Kasama-shi (Kasama-yaki) and Mashiko-machi (Mashiko-yaki), famous for their pottery. Both can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Our museum is located in an area famous for mountain cherry blossoms.It is also located in one of the three major stone production areas in Japan. |

Be located in the stone production area. Have a large studio. Large stones can be made. Machines and tools are available. Get advice from masons and sculptors. |
