AIR@EU is a project organized by the Delegation of the European Union to Japan. By providing information about Artist-in-Residence-Programs in the EU, the project aims to create opportunities for Japanese artists to expand their activities to countries of the European Union.
Among the numerous AIR programs in the EU, AIR@EU introduces a selection of residency programs in each EU member state. The selection is aiming to represent a range of residencies, which are:
- Open to applications from artists from Japan
- Represent a variety of art genres including visual art and performing arts
- Represent established residencies as well as residencies with a unique approach
The residencies can be displayed by country or by keywords.
